Heather you should never make derogatory statements about anyone without using the word allegedly in front of your statement. If the man is found not guilty, he could sue you for deflamation of character....on the other hand if he is found guilty, you can say he is in fact a drug dealer......Question, how dow you know details of his alleged "pills for sex"? |

ok well i could say allegedly gave pills for sex but i know because he was seein me for a lil while & yes he gave them to me so i know for sure its true i dont care to tell the whole world 7 hes knows its true also

Unfortunately, that is what I thought. I hope you are off the pills now. Further I hope you are not making allegations out of jelousy...I'm not saying you are, but you have to admit, it could be construde as such. |

yeah im not doin nothin now im clean but no its not outta jelousy i was just say that i knew for sure what he was doin see at frist he acted like he really liked me then as u know its was nothing but what he could get from me & yea i guess i was doin the same but now that im not doin drugs anymore i see things alot clearer but thats all just wanted to get that out!!!!

thats his son that works at the boat dock umm i dunno who he goes wit last time i heard he was seein jennifer cooper but im talkin about big johnny pennington he's the one i was seein o0o & i wasent the only girl either i heard he has a baby by a girl from evarts but im not sure he sure does get around!!!

Is this the Johhny P who got a brother Frank Pennington the constibal? I thoght Frank was the one with the trouble, didnt his folks shoot a cop or somthin and there was other trouvle he got too. How old are these brothers i herd they was too close in age to be bsthers. What's going on with thisnow?

If its the same man, I'm thinkin hes a constble in Harlan but his parents killed a Harlan deputy back in the late 60s. That must of been hard for Johhny cuase that would make him just 16 when his parents gone to prison for it. |

Forgot to ask how old is Frank P? My sister said they had the same brthday cuz she met him at church and talked to him and b'days come up when they spoke but i thoujgt maybe he was jsut trayin to be over friendly.

frank jr. is about 37 or 38 frank sr i have no idea about his age.
i think jr married a girl from va.( lee county ) i heard sr. is a little overly friendly with women. i thought it was sr. that killed a person in harlan,someone was talking about him getting away with it & now hin beening a constble but i dont know people talk alot any way if you know more or hear more i would like to know |

Well, here's the story as i knowit. in 1968 Frank was 20 and arrested by a deputy called oscar burkhart and his parents snuck up on the deputies car and shot him 50 times. He died and Franks' folks went to prison and Frank got off. That's all Iknow about it. So that would be Frank sr. cuz he's about 59 now, like my sister. I didnt' know he has a boy. Jr.

Man this guy would be cool as hell if he wasn't a petifile or what the hell ever. Sounds like ya'll is hatin on him cuz he got everything he want's and your life still amounts to nothing. He would be well known in my town. You know the "Hook Up."
