Photos help her make peace

Mr. Munnikhuysen must not have read the article. She works for the Commonwealth documenting these events for the Commonwealth. You know what they say "a picture is worth a thousand works". Great Job ! Keep up the good work!

If I was in an accident I wouldn't want my picture snapped, nor of my vehicle or whatever. So, what are these going to be, postcards after they get out of the hospital? slogan "Hey remember this!"
As for legal stuff I was a photographer for USAF, and you can't go around and shoot pictures of anything you want! There's laws.

I agree with you, because Patricia Chappell is legally able to take photo's because of her job under the federal & Virginia Emergency, as well as enforcement agency's. Here in Virginia it' against the law to take pictures of private citizens on their property to make fun of them for entertainment, unless a crime has been committed to protect your self, even lessoning to someone else phone calls with-out permission, or all violations of the Law.

I thank God for these laws in Virginia, because here in Hampton, with all this 'Hate'everywhere, would be used as tool to Obstruct Justice by Conspirators, especially with strange people coming on your property.
Can you just imagine the missus to destroy someone, without these laws.

TO ALL: I have been in law enforcement for over 25 years. If you knew what some of the officers do to cope with what they see every day you would be amazed. Ms Chappell has done nothing illegal. All the photographs are used by the Virginia Department of Emergency Management for documentation purposes. I'm sure that those in charge at VDEM require releases from anyone before their photo's are used for anything. As for Dr. Melfi-Why done you go back to the Obama/Clinton campaign HQ and hang out with the rest of the left wing radicals !!!!
