This is just the first wave of foreclosures that will hit our communities. Many families bought more house than their paychecks can cover and are now caught up in the mortgage crisis they helped create. Why would buy a home with an interest only mortgage, and who would lend money in such a manner??? Oh yeah, that would be the sub-prime market at work. Those who can least afford a mortgage buying a house they could never afford.
