Bond lowered for man accused in sexual assault of child

A Hillsborough County Judge has lowered the bond amount for a Riverview man arrested New Year's Eve on a child sex charge.

Lowered bail?! How about denial of bail - period?!

This scumbag probably can't come up with the $20,000 (10%) needed to get a bail bond, but I'd feel better with a higher bail or no bail.

When oh when will this judge retire? This is the same judge that threw out a guilty verdict for a guy named Delrio (2004)(teenager lives in Tampa, still driving today) who ran down and killed a mother pushing her infant in a stroller. The teen was speeding (habitual) and had the mother, in her last desperate act not shoved the baby out of the way, the teen would have killed the baby too.
