Shooter That Killed Football Coach Was Former Student, Player

The Department of Criminal Investigation says the man who shot and killed Aplington-Parkersburg football coach Ed Thomas, was a former student and football player of Thomas'. Twenty-four-year-old Mark Becker has been charged with first degree murder in Thomas' death.

The cops were supposed to have arrested the guy after he had gotten out of the mental hospital but I guesss they did not have time so the coach beared the brunt of that mistake.
