We were passengers on this ship last May, and were told first by our travel agent and later by a Trafalgar Representative that this was a new ship, then than it was a newly refurbished ship, and when we were on board, briefed by our Trafalgar Tour Guide that this was it's first voyage after being converted from a passenger ferry to a cruise ship and that we should have patience with the crew because this was their first cruise aboard The Sea Diamond. The cabins were the size of Ferry Boat overnight cabins, and the food and service were terrible. It appears that this accident is bringing forth a different story. We wrote to Trafalgar and they finally made a small settlement. We are certain we'd never travel with either Trafelgar or on a Louis Lines ship, again.

I was a passanger on a tour and this ship has been a problem for us during tge entire trip. The crew did not seem to care about safety, and wben we were sent on to small boats to take us in to Santori we were packed like sardines into the small boats which were all overloaded and there were no where near enough life preservers for tghe number of people they kept loading onto the tender boats. One 24 foot boat had 36 people packed into about a 12 foot square foot bottom. Never travle with Louis Lines if you value your safety
