I suggest taking the same measures that the folks in Lake Tahoe took: Ban two cycle engines like the kind Jet Skis use. They dump a lot of oil in the water and contribute mightly to the pollution of the lake.

Solution is to get rid of all the local politicians that are shills for developers. Stop the growth. Keep the quality of life for those that are here!

Line them up an execute the policians that are accepting "favors" from the developers for greasing their paths to success. Hell everyone knows that Raleigh is for sale to the highest bidder.
