What a rip off

I purchase a 2007 Lexus from Auto Styles. Although the car price is cheaper than most- the cars condition is NOT what it was being sold as. Dealer listed the car in Mint condition with option that were not even on the car. I do not live in AZ so I had put my trust into the dealer (Javer, Mo and Abdul) Which are extremely nice on the phone. They promised the car was perfect in every way and I would be a very happy customer. Once the car arrived it was filthy inside and out with an odor I am not sure what it is. I was sadden to see the tires were bald (all 4)The driver seat and rear passenger seat had burn holes and all the rims were all chewed up by the curb. He advertised this car as Certified. Which it wasn't. After I took the car in to get a quote on the tires they showed me the brakes had none left. They have driven this car past the brakes and it now needs new brakes and rotars. I called and spoke to Javer which seems only to be a sales person and told me I had to talk to Abdul(which was not in at the time)- I called later and spoke to Abdul- who told me he couldn't make any decision and I had to talk to Mo (which was not in at the time). I called later and spoke to Mo. He told me to go get three quotes. I took off work- got the quotes- faxed it over per his request and then he told me he wasn't going to do anything. I certainly was being fair. I only wanted the brakes, rotars, and tires replace by him (the safety issues)I would live without the parking sensors, pay for the rims that were all curb and fix the holes in the seat. After just the quotes for the safety issues I could have purchased a nicer car for the same amount that I have to put into this car. Mo did offer for me to return the car, but he would keep my $500.00 depoist and I would have to foot the shipping again (totaling $1600.00) They are very aware that they can't be held to anything if the car is sold across state lines. BE CAREFUL THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM- THEY USE TO BE UNDER ANOTHER NAME AND GOT SO MANY COMPLAINTS THEY CHANGED THE NAME-

This dealership does NOT hold up to their word. It has been well over the temp tags and they won't send me the title so I can register the car. This dealership has become my biggest nightmare and I wished I had paid another company the 700 dollar difference for a better car and better services.
BUY BEWARE!!!!!!

There was nothing wrong with the car when the car was sold. After one month, when she added 5k miles on the car, I received a phone call from the customer saying it needs brakes. I asked her if there is any light on the dash board saying anything about the brakes service. She told me there is no light on but her "MECHANIC" told her it needs brakes. I told her when it needs brakes, brakes service light will pop up on the screen. Than she told me it needs tires. I told her the tires were good at least 70% when the car was sold. She still want the tires and brakes or I should pay her $1600.00 I told her, I will be more than happy to refund your full price you paid for the car and she refused to accept that option either.
I wonder why it took more than a month to communicate with us if the car has any issue?

I had many of the same problems as original poster. I am also from out of state. I had a friend test drive the 2008 Altima I bought. He said it ran fine, but it made a lot of noise. I asked Mo about it, he said the tires need to be balanced, I'll do that for you. Never did, got the car and all 4 tires had to be replaced due to horrible road noise. Car was listed as mint - several defects on the paint when I received. Lots of paint chips and a few water spots. Also listed as certified, took to dealer once I got the car and they said it was out of warranty. Scammers!! Here is a list of all the other annoying stuff I had to deal with after I bought the car with no help or assistance for Autostylez
New tires
AC did not work
Center console was loose
Touch up paint
GPS doesnt work
Backup cam does work
Aux jack doesnt work
cigarette lighters dont work
Car was dirty when I got it (on the inside)
Recently found out an aftermarket GPS / Radio screen was installed and then removed to put back in stock unit. Wires were cut/taped/burned. This is causing all the electrical stuff I mentioned not to work.
Any reputable would have made sure all these little annoyances were taken care of before sending a car to someone who has never seen it. I would return it if I could.

After posting this, Mo contacted me and made things right.

Purchased a vehicle from Auto Styles in early June 2012. The purchase was smooth, there was one glitch with the title paperwork not being submitted timely. However, Mo quickly responded to my email and the whole issue was resolved within 7 days. The purchase we made was a good deal, but that was based upon the unit having been on the lot quite a while. It was a weekly special and I spoke with a couple of brokers that I was dealing with and they said if I did not purchase it, they would. Mo did not negotiate any further on the deal but he made the experience acceptable. The car was delivered clean, but not to my standard. The vehicle was still under warranty, has been to the dealer and everything has checked out just fine. I would do business here again, but you should be a prepared buyer.

After I spoke to Chris, he wrote a review on google and yahoo. Since car was under factory warranty, he took the car to the dealer and they took care most of the issues he had.
Great car at a great price, very helpful staff. Out of state buyer who was very satisfied with the vehicle and transaction process - very smooth
