Daughter tries to prevent mom from driving drunk, gets run over...

A daughter was nearly killed trying to stop her mom from getting behind the wheel inebriated.

You just cant'save people from themselves. I certainly hope this daughter gets some help for herself, she is an adult child of an alcoholic. Alanon is a great organization to realize you are not alone. The mother, I am the last to say it might be too late. However, attempting to run over your own daughter, is pretty inappropriate. Inappropriate people do inappropriate things, including attempting to kill your own child. I will put my odds on the daughter for recovery.
