Why are all these domestic disputes lately by men on women whether it be civilians or these rash of correctional officers getting slap on the hand charges... Obviously this guy and ryan kulp should of gotten stiffer charges, cutting off there breathing is trying to kill them so why not charge them with attempted murder? Nicole Duve being a woman should be more harsher on these men for bullying their gfs or wives and in on case wife, mother in law and kids! Lets be fair when charging these men it shouldnt matter if there well liked in the town or wealthy or work for the state everybody is equal so start showing it a little!

In some cases you don't get all the facts in the news. Believe it or not. Sometimes women lie about what happened. Some women are mentally unstable. Some have a family history of mental illness. Some are very good looking but nuttier than a fruit cake. It is best to wait for all the facts before passing judgment. Especially is the alleged assault took place two weeks before the arrest was made.
