The court visitor reports clearly state that the guardian only visits once per year and has no phone contact with the ward. How can he possibly maintain the ward to his fullest potential as stated in the Texas Probate Code? Why is he ward-Patrick Davis-in a home for mentally retarded when he had a TBI? Why is he not in his own home as stated in the lawsuit in 1984 or in a home with other men who have had a TBI? Why is he not allowed to make a phone call? The only person the guardian has to answer to is the judge. Judge Rickhoff's court investigator is not a very sharp woman. I wonder if the judge is a friend of the guardian or his mother.
