Two Prison Escapees Sought

Two prisoners are on the loose after escaping from the minimum-security unit at a Stringtown prison.

Checking Mr. Battle through DOC reveals that he has twice escaped custody! Don't blame the police, we work hard to put them in. It's the judical system that consistantly lets light sentences and "second chances" happen. Then the prison system lets a twice convicted excapist into minimum security, what were they thinking?

I personally never understood the minimin security prisons. Lock them up, teach them a lesson. Put them to work, working state owned fields so they can grow crops to feed other prisons and jails. If their legs and arms was tired they wouldn't have the energy to take off. I dont know, there has to be 1,000,000 things tried and that worked. I'd start with locked doors and eletric fences that are 30 foot high with gun towers in the corners. ALL prisons (I think) should be atleast as secure as jails. You know locked doors and so on.

They already have more prisons then they need. They need to look at our youth. If you put all the violent ones in the same prison sooner or later they will be less people since their all violent!

These types of guys have nothing to do all day long but sit around and plot how they are going to escape...they think about it morning, noon and night...they are the silent observers...they sit and watch for flaws in the guards and then formulate a plan to escape and do it...

in a craft class they are taught to roll up newpapers so tight that it resembles a small dowel rod and glue them together to make stash boxes etc..but then they use the same technique to make shivs to shank other prisoner's or guards with...

If they spent all of this energy thinking about ways to escape and committing crimes into actually doing something good,imagine the outcome. This bad behavior is so ingrained in their brains that they cannot stop it..and no amount of therapy or being locked up is going to change them.

Um..these guys look like the ultimate scumbags! Why does the state keep wasting our money on these rejects, really? They seem to have our system down, so maybe if they are REPEAT offenders, they should try something a little more secure next time!
