This pipeline project is a nightmare for the affected people. Many were bullied into giving access to their land. Allen Fore, the spokes man for Rockies Express regularly lied to the public.
The REX people stated that their federal certificate superseded all state and local laws and regulation, they used this authority even before the certificate was issued by the government. Apparently their has been 1 or 2 ruptures in the pipeline below the Columbus, Ohio area. If this is America's energy future, then maybe we should all moved to Canada. Jerry Smith, PhD. Somerton, Ohio |

I was wondering if anyone knows whether a documentery film (?) was made for the REX project. It sure would be interesting to see.

1 Jerry,,,,now what could be wrong with bringing energy into the State of Ohio. I do live in the Columbus Ohio area and I have not heard a thing about the reptures you are talking about. Oh I just saw that you said "apparently". Now Jerry I will admit that I don't have a PhD after my name but even I know that after just a couple years the evidence of the pipeline will not be evident on the landscape. If you move to Canada, I am sure you will be glad that they, like the State of Ohio have natural gas to keep you warm in the winter and to cook your meals the year around. Good By Jerry, have a good life. |

I admit I'm not real smart about the subject. I'm almost 72 years old and have no clue what all this encounters. I live in an apartment in Bexley and have no clue how this will effect me. Maybe my gas bill will increase ... I don't know. Anything you can help me with ... I'd appreciate it.

Hi Old Timmer. Sure am glad that you were able to pave the way for me. I think I remember reading somewhere in the last few days that our natural gas bills in December will be the lowest it has been in a hole bunch of years. Just maybe this new supply has helped, but just like you I have not got a clue. At least that is what the old goose keeps telling me. |

Hey, just jump in and speak your mind. I swear, maybe it's age, but I have a hard time dealing with some of the subjects. I can't change the world and realized that a long time ago. The BIG BOYS run things and I've always wanted to hook up with the. However, I've had any luck. LOL |

Oh dear ... time for me to correct things an get off here! lol
I meant to say, I always wanted to hook up with THEM. and ... I've never had any luck. I'm getting more ignorant with age and admit it!!! So kill me! LOL |

No Sir we can't kill you yet. By my estimation we got about 3 more years until we take you down and make you into a cookie. |
