Too bad that hiring more police, "a move that will cost taxpayers millions if it is approved", will do absolutely nothing to curb violence when you allow these nappy headed heathens to roam the streets at all hours looking for their next victim or "come up" and literally tell your officers "unless you see them actually pull the trigger, DO NOT EVEN STOP ANYONE that is black!"

blacks know they have the police dept. by the balls on this one, stop them and its "racially motivated", but don't stop them and they walk 100 ft down the road and cap someone and the cops become crime scene clean up with no witnesses or leads.

blacks in EVERY city that has been destroyed by them have free passes to commit crime thanks to people like jesse jackson, al shapton, john burris and obama the messiah!
