I love our town and the creeps who call it a ghetto can get out.
Anyone who thinks a couple neighborhoods make a city bad or that a service station makes the who town is nuts.
We are a city, like any other city we have crime but we are far from a ghetto and the people who are lying and saying we are, are just low life neighboring town realtors trying to get to buy somewhere further from the bay area.
They're all fakes cause if they cared they would not say that about our beautiful town.
They should just move and remember to take their hate with them.

BTW.. Putnam used to be known as the white trash area of Antioch. I never stated this but my neighbors always called it that and now it's actually one of the better locations besides around the golf course. What irony.

and you must be an angry struggling real estate agent to be angry at what is really happening. I mean you had 5 shootings and 1 stabbing all in less then 3 years between the theater and Williamson Ranch Park. 2 of them ended in Death. Now Oakland may have a larger count of murders but this is a 4 by 3 block rectagular area or about a square mile. That is about as bad as the red triangle of North Richmond. We don't need that here. Take it away. move them out. I'm tired of feeling like I'm going to get killed everytime I pull out of my driveway.

I jog all the time in all parts of the city and one AM to 4 AM has the cleanest air and I never have a problem. I jog in the parks, I jog down Sycamore.

The area you point to is the Deer Valley HS something the bright people down town wanted to warehouse 3 thousand kids and many are not from Antioch so they could make some cash. Of course there is vandals, whatever.
Go hide under your mama's bed if you feel you need to. Antioch is peaceful to us who really know it. Not near as dangerous as SF, Oakland or Berkeley where you have to be a man or woman enough to hold your own.

If you want to run every time you see a black man, then the bay area has little to nothing to offer you boy. You need to pack it in and get back to Idaho. Maybe grow your own pot-taters cause what ever dope you are on is making you paranoid.

Naw don't worry about it. i think most of us are on the same channel.
