The people that live at 1915 Acacia Avenue in Antioch CA. are meth dealers. Meth is being sold and used right out in the open. We have tried reporting it to the APD to no avail. Anybody have any other suggestions as to how to conquer this problem? Any info would very helpful. Thanks!

That really sucks. But as you see crime in Antioch CA does not discriminate at all!. Antioch CA has had a long history with Meth users and dealers in its city boundries and this type of element is part of Antioch CA "THUG-PROBLEM".

Call and email the Antioch Police Department Narcotics Units but, before doing so make sure you get the name of the Police Caption who oversees this unit, because that is who you will address all your complaints to. Began to make a list of all your phone calls and e-mails.

Then, when you have had enough of this unprofessional police accountability and conduct go to the Antioch City Hall meeting and make a public announcement and submitted your written complaint and supporting evidence to the City clerk and each City Council Member.

Also if you wish you can email each Antioch City Council memebers
Give the Antioch Police Department chain of command an opprotunity to address this on-going problem in Antioch CA.

Oh.....one other suggestion you may want to try is to call the Contra Costa Sheriffs Department Narcotics Unit with this information. The CCC Sheriffs Department as more resources and personnel to address these types of issues concerning narcotic enforment and city boundaries will not matter.
When you finally get in touch with some who cares, be prepared to give them vehicle license plate numbers and vehicle discriptions. And any other infomation such as suspect(s) descriptions and etc.
Good luck, with you community based policing efforts in Antioch California.

Get some other neighbors to call or write the police department about these people, find out if the house is a rental, contact the owner and if it is section 8 then contact those folks.

Thank you, The owner is the step father of the guy living there and selling the drugs. How can I find out if it is a Section 8 house? I am pretty sure it is because there is a 3 year old little boy that lives in that drug infested house. And out of all the people living there, nobody works. Thanks for your help.

The reason City Governments have city counsels "IS" to create an assumption that the citizen has some say in the function of government.. FACT is that citizens do not and have never have had any authority, same as city counsels, they have no authority...

All you stupid a s s es. Right go to city counsel meeting so they can try and demonstrate that "YOU" are the problem, not your complaint.

A quality police narcotic investigation can also determine who owns the house and etc. Seriously... I dont know to many meth dealers or users that work!

FYI....Property OWNERS can ot rent to other family members who are on Section so, if this is being done call HUD Section 8 with this information. But to me i sounds like there are just some low lifes living there and doing their dirty busness in that area.

I happy that you are reaching out and getting involved to attempt to better the Antioch community.Keep up the good work.

Yes, he/she has to be a customer of theirs because that was absurd to say that a police officer lives there or owns the drug house. Thanks for your comment.

Is that a crime? If so which one is it so I can follow up on it please? I will be waiting for the legal reference material.

So is there a "Meth" problem there are not?

This is possibly why no action has been taken at this address is this apart of the CNET Police Corruption issue that has given Antioch CA a bad name?

If so lets address the issue just like everyone else.......whoever the alleged suspects are. Meaning do any investigation to rule out any criminal activity and if any and if there is criminal activity occurring there let the crimial justice systems deal with it and give no special treatment eventhough it "maybe" a Police Officers House and eventhough it maybe a Section 8 rental or not,..... SO WHAT!. Can you spell or say "Probable Cause"

This is why Antioch California is in the mess it is in because crime enforcement depends on "WHO and WHAT YOU ARE"!

This does not sounds like a Section 8 issue but just another example of what kind of low life trashy type people live in Antioch CA committing crimes.

This meth or "crank" probems has always plauged Antioch California.

Get CNET to do an investigation then make sure the F.B.I is there to make sure that the drugs and money actually gets put into evidence.

Sounds like an typical Antioch CA " double-wide "trailer trash" thug types who moved from a trailer into a signal family home.

Be careful that there not operating a "METH-LAB" in this house. This can be very exposlive and dangerious matter.
Call the Fire Department and tell them that you smell a strong chemical odor like "ether" omitting from this house. Then The Antioch Police Department will respond with the Fire Department to investigate.

I have the APD at that address on a daily basis. I call every time I see a drug deal go down with the license plate of the car of the person buying the drugs and by the time the officers get here the person has already left. But hopefully my repeated calls will eventually get them busted.

Honestly this issue is beyond of a patrol officer responding to this location. There needs to be a Narcotic Investigator to look into this issue. In oer to set up control druog buys' video surveilance and etc. An A.P.D patrol officer can not do this because this is not what they specialize in or have the time to do.

Thats why I instructed you to call the A.P.D Narcotic Division and get the name of the Police Caption, LT and Sgt that supervises this to address your written complaints and phone calls.

You can also Call and or write the D.E.A to conduct an investigation since the Antioch Police appear not to care or have the means to address this important issue at hand.

Keep up the GOOD WORK and pressure.
