What do they gain from being crooked? That's what you have to ask yourself. If you find out what they're getting for being crooked, then you have something to bring to the table. So, get your friends together and do some deep deep researching. find out what they're doing and expose them. file a class action against them. bang on the media's door and show them. video tape them. record them. get witness to back you up. Otherwise it's hot air. Corrupt people wont admit they're corrupted. It runs in every agency and every business. A very large percentage of us are corrupted. Maybe not you or I but there are tons of greedy people. Seems some of these people move in, get kickbacks of some kind and then split town when they leave their positions. They don't care about us who spent most (if not all) of our lives out here in this part of california. How about people who move in from Texas and get into politics. Or some other state. figure out what they're doing that is screwing up this town. I get told by people from all over the bay area that They're Sorry for what's happening in my town. And I just pause and think, wow.. i Didn't realize it really was this bad. Antioch is a beautiful city, isn't it? So why dirty it up? It's not east oakland. Hell, even East Oakland is cleaning up. So what is the problem. Find out and you just walked in on them sleeping in their proverbial bed of nails.

BTW that wasn't a critisism againts CAT or the police. I'm just saying most likely it will be a repeat of last year or worst the year before. Crime overall is up 15%

Joe Cansemella wrote a book on the subject.
It was also reiterated in a recent article in the Times on why he is afraid to run for supe.
They vote the same on the issues that take away our rights and tax us so what about the corruption do you not get?
If you think politicians volunteer for their love of country or the petty up front wage, or that their developer buddies and business's toss tens of thousands toward their re-elections from the bottom of their hearts, then write a book about it.
I'm sure at least five people will buy it.

Has anyone noticed how City Park has been closed for months.
It's likely so they can use it for a political chip
in the election.
Freitas and followers are such small town losers.
He don't dare step out in the light where he might have him and his wife's underwear exposed.
Small town corruption has them doing well and the ones in the county who know just ignore it long as he stays in Antioch.
