How Smart does a Fire Chief have to be to know if SOAP is a chemical ?

I have a report and a face to face, there is one, could be more, but there is at least ONE, which states, "SOAP is not a Chemical."

When I said, "YOU need to be retrained." He called the Police.

Now what stupid mfuuk doesn't know Soap is a Chemical ? Please tell me ?

Is it just some old man who carries title of Battalion Chief of Contra Costa County Fire Department ?

Immagine a first responder who belives "SOAP" is not a Chemical.

I say they are Paid to much ! To much for "STUPID".../
