Antioch needs to do something since they seem incapable of managing their Section 8 population.

Isn't it ironic that the people causing the most problems are the ones that being rewarded with free taypayer handouts.

What we really need, is to crack down on people abusing the free taxpayer handouts like section 8 and food stamps.

How about some oversight of these programs?!?

You don't control your kids, there goes your freebies... I'm sure things would straighten up in a hurry if the wildlings thought they might lose any of their free benefits.
