GoErie.com: Joe Roots cited for critical health violations

The all purpose cooker at the Avalon Hotel has been filled with water from a garden hose for several years. What took the health department so long to spot this critical violation?

1 critical violation
Asbury Elementary (Potentially hazardous chemicals stored within students’ reach.) Also 2 noncritical violations. Uh, would that by any chance be called liquid soap? No violations Diehl Elementary I thought she was put in jail for Pizza bombing, another critical violation? After restaurants, stores, schools, groceries, and stands, why not just do every home in the county. Mr. Ranger's wife spits in the soup. Yogi thinks it is Chinese egg drop soup. He loves it. |

Hey, Jim Barker! Why so many violations at the city schools versus the county schools? Not enough money $$$$$$$$$$ to pay for good help? Raise the taxes some more and we'll read about more violations next week. Have a good day.

Well, Clem is gone after eating in Erie, PA. The only town we ever went where they publicly tell the entire world all the bad places to eat. Violaters are everywhere there.
Now I see the school districts are bad, bad, bad. Chemicals, wiring defects, weapons of mass destruction, everywhere. No wonder Curious George couldn't find em. They are in Erie, the unusual part of Pennsylvania, according to your health folks. Oh my. Joe Root....How Could You!! Had Clem survived, we wuz gonna eat at your place this week. Boo Boo says it is ok to eat in Erie Pa on Thursdays only. Late afternoon til Thursday night. Eat up. |

I tot I taw a puddy tat. I did! I did!
Where is the health department when a critical, critical, violation occurs?? I wonder who checks the Health Department for violations? Critical or noncritical? HIV stashes. Vials of crud. Swab sticks too hot. Speculum too cold. Spider webs on the web. Garden hose hooked up to bongs. Viruses in the air conditioners that send employees to Cleveland to have brains lifted to get the virus out. Mind boggling, huh? There's another tat......^O^.....dwat it. |

I think someone using an ISP in Franklin PA needs to get a life and quit talking (typing) to himself.

A recent restaurant review shows a comment from Ohio. In the comment, a request is made to cover more West County restaurant since writer lives in Girard. If you think location posted is factual, as opposed to wireless theft, GoErie error, or simply changing your weather viewing zip code, I can assure you that a loser can be found in your mirror.
Each week, Erie County Health Dept, in cooperation with news starved Erie Times and GoErie---read, free info to fill space---denigrates the eating establishments of the community. Do these places foul up? You bet. And, they clean up or go out of business. There is no reason that the Health Department can not do its job without damage to dining places. No one in the world does this except Erie and it reflects poorly on a town more and more dependent on tourism. Ridiculous (not rediculous, Loser) comments keep the name of the restaurant at the top of viewing worldwide. And THAT will eventually tick off a money making operation to scream to his public servants to get this crap off the news. We now branch into public schools. Who gave the Health Department authority to examine lockers at school to see if a kid can snag? Abusive authority is all this is. We EXPECT our school districts to handle their affairs. You want to pay taxes twice over this? We expect the Health Department to do its job, just like restaurants and schools and soon to be examined...johnny pots at county festivals---must know that e coli count!. Maybe they should take the temperature of every fridge in every factory and business too. Too hot? Too cold? Just right! None of this stuff should be printed ever. It makes all of us look like fools. Read those violations and ask if you want to pay taxes to see if some teen is eating food on the line. Just fire him and shut up. It is in no ones interest to publish this crap. Please respond so that Joe Root, like Chuck E. Cheese before, is perpetually maligned for a week until some place with clout screams that this nonsense stops. And Wilson, after spelling class, leave a pic-a-nic basket out for me. Hey Hey Hey |

Hey Rocky! Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat.
No Bullwinkle DON'T. That's a noncritical violation by the Erie County Health Department, unless you preheat the hat. Wrong temperature will make it a critical violation like Joe Root. Stay tuned for the further adventures of Erie County Health Department.... Adventures coming to a theater near you every Thursday. A GoErie Production. and, No Star Cast. cept the Health department. |

While your skills in being predjudice seem to be shining brightly your skills in Math seem to be lacking there Einstein. Count them: County schools- 8 Critical violations 20 Non critical violations City schools- 4 Critical violations 15 Non critical violations |

If checking school safety is a function of the Health Department, they have been negligent for many years and should be shut down for the negligence. This is new and uncharted moanings by the Health folks.
If checking school safety is not a function of the Health Department, they are then doing the job taxpayers already pay the school districts to do...keep kids safe while educating them. In that case, the Health Department should just be shut down. Who inspects the Health Department to list what their scope is and checks to see they comply...critically, noncritically, hysterically, etc. The community would be well served by shutting this dead department down. Bye Bye Health department. Hello 21st Century. |

Notice that Health Department fails to stop e coli at Presque Isle.
Notice that Health Department afils to stop e coli in hamburger at Giant Eagle and Wegmans. Notice that my favorite spinach has e coli for at least a year. That was the last straw, er, spinach. When there is no evidence, they call it critical or noncritical. When it kills folks, silence comes from the mighty Health Department. Boston Tea Party..."No taxation without representation" Health Department...."No concern about your health; just job security and double taxation (school district and them do the same function). Times and GoErie get free stories to publish. Do not look to them to end the madness. |

Joe Roots.
Keep in mind he will not make food at home like Dave's Crazy Pizza (what is a crazy pizza Dave?). But your Health Department wants you to know a critical violator when you see one. A public service of GoErie. Shut a business down today. Hey Hey Hey |
