I am trying to understand how the judge could give a guy who drove through a hotel killing a person with a blood alcohol level four times legal limit only 12 years in prison when Chad who was convicted only of talking about killing his exwife got 5 years. Maybe he shouldve claimed a letter to "alcohol" on the front page of the paper and he wouldve been given a lighter sentence. Or maybe if his wife was hispanic the sentence would have been less. Ask me and I think the murderer got off easy.

I believe this is a touchy subject for some - I would agree with you & think 12 years in prison is not enough. People suffer with alcoholism and addiction all over & it certainly doesn't give them the right to do what this guy did.
