You Need To Keep Your Comments To Yourself! Because your "facts" were wrong. And have no right to express them!! Shame on YOU.

Before you start throwing around blame maybe you need to take time and find out the facts. A drowning only takes seconds. Have you ever been to the pool. I have been there when several people are and there is only one lifeguard for the two pools, or there are a few people and five lifeguards standing around. There are other things that can be taken into consideration, accidents are not always black and white.
The child's condition has not improved as of today.

NEVER turn your back for a moment with a 2 year old. An adult should have been within reaching distance of the child at all times and 100% focused.

As far as lifeguards, they do what they can do. But it can take several seconds to be noticed. The job description of a Lifeguard isn't suppose to be a replacement for parental supervision.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Leo

A loved one is being rather tetchy today. It won't take much to get on their nerves, even if you think they're being grossly unfair about it. Try not to make the situation worse by being sarcastic or provocative. Instead, encourage them to tell you what's wrong but without raising their voice. Once you know what you've done to irritate them you can start to put it right.
