Wow, Bush could've worked there with O'Malley, both are not competent or smart enough do ANYTHING Else. Bush kisses Arab butt and O'Malley kisses Brown?

Jeff, brilliant comment - I am sure it warms the people's hearts who were let go to know you sympathize with them.

MY father-in-law worked at the Muskegon plant as a machinist before Brunswick closed it. Sign of the times indeed. He's 50-something and still taking courses at the community college for new job training. As long as he's enrolled, he gets paid. What else can he do?

Workers can now manufacture bowling pins in their "spare" time or whenever the mood "strikes" them, unless they "turkey" out. The closure is a sign of the times and right up the "alley" of the U.S. economy. While this closing is "fowl" to some, there is no need to "split" hairs over the matter. After aLL, This fact is just another bad "break" in which we need to keep our minds out of the "gutter".

The mayor claims Antigo is in a boom but yet industry is leaving and the downtown looks desolate.
He pushed for a multi-million dollar "venture" to install a high speed internet service when we have 2 choices already
(Verizon DSL & Charter high speed broadband)
I bet if we dig he has somehow lined his pockets with that deal.
Tell me Mayor Mike Matousek How many customers does your year old "venture" provide services too? 100?
This mayor knows how to spend our money real good.
BTW we need more brick crosswalks.
