I feel Bardo has thrown his weight around the Wittenberg-Birnamwood long enough. He has managed to get his PhD with our money(local taxpayer) and is now leaving to pursue his future.
What? I am sure TRANE was great to work with but at $350,000 over budget couldn't someone have intervened for a bid? Yes, the American way. Bid fairly on the project. Bardo is obviously not a team player. |
