FCC regulations prohibit strict monitoring of cell phone calls except to locate the tower handling the call. Unable to pinpoint the exact location, the evidence is useless in a court of law according to strict rules of jurisprudence.

Umm, Wendy dear, from where I live, my cell cannot use that particular tower. You must be within a certain distance (15 mile radius) for the tower to connect to your call. That is on a good day, while you are outside. The radius is much smaller in buildings that create "dead-zones" (sorry, no pun intended).

No one is attemptimg to pinpoint the exact location where this call was made (@ crime scene), but in a case like this, all you need is the general location AND time, the both used together cnstitute evidence. 15 miles is more or less the distance between Anthony and Santa Teresa. Now, why is the time so important? You are a smart enough person to figure that much out on your own, giving you the benefit of the doubt.

I just love your thoughtful and detailed analysis. I was originally going to vote to call this guy innocent but you have persuaded me that this man is as guilty as a hen in the rooster house. I just hope that poor, sweet, half-sister of his is not dragged through the mud any more by all of this. I miss seeing her at Hooter's and hope she returns soon.

If it smells like poo....but what angers me the most is that he was out there looking for his mom, joining the family with fliers...trying to appear innocent...he will be found guilty. Then his lover-family member, she seems too guilty to let go just like that...remember mom disaproved about the relationship because they are family....something stinks very bad!!
