Fayette County Man Arrested for Murder of Teen

An Oak Hill man has turned himself in and now faces murder charges. 21-year-old Kyle Marshal Adkins is accused of stabbing to death 18-year-old Ronnie Keith Tincher.

Fred, I don't appreciate the sarcasm! Kyle called me at 2:29AM that night and the police came to my home seeking him out. Kyle was my prom date 3 years in a row and one of my best friends for the past 7 years. I KNOW he did not SEEK THIS BOY OUT with the intention of killing him. To my knowledge Kyle wasn't very familiar with this boy he killed. They were in a fight when Kyle pulled the knife. They weren't just standing around socializing when kyle reached out and stabbed him, NO! THE ONLY WITNESS, BLANCHE, SAYS THE BOY WAS KICKING KYLE AND BEATING HIM UP WHEN KYLE STABBED HIM.

I love kyle... i know he'll do time and he should. He took anothers life... I just can't believe this... I'm so devastated... I know kyle didn't mean to... in a serge of emotion... he was overwhelmed... by anger, sadness...who knows... it got carried away...:(

I'm just saying... this is a really is a touchy subject for me....

hey rita b-4 u try to talk about who was there and seen it u need to know all the facts....that is something that u don't have....first of all blanche was not the only witness...Ronnies sister and her fiancee were there too...and as far as ronnie having him on the ground kicking him....i'm not sure but its kinda hard to stab someone in the chest when u r getn kicked while he is standing up.....he should have keep him but at his own house and not been out tryn to start trouble....maybe the rest of the ones in his circle will realilze from my familys loss....and maybe straighten up and think about what could happen when they go out tryn to start trouble...and leave the weapons at home and fight like MEN and not SISSY'S.....

okay let's get one thing straight here, rita blance was not the only witness i was also present along with my fiance...it happened at my house in my yard, kyle walked right up in my house (where ronnie lived), he was told he had to leave, walked outside they were talking and then they started fighting kyle stabbed my brother six times yes i said six times if he was only defending himself he first off would not have showed up at my house, walked into my house, second would have left when he was asked to leave, third would not have stabbed him so many times, and then he wants to send out text messages asking if ronnie thinks he's a b****h. so if he did not intend to fight why did he just show up at my house and walk in uninvited??? ol another thing chek out his myspace status...hm that doesn't tell you what he intended...haha oland last of all kyle and my brother have hung out past few weeks and many times before, so get your story straight and yes I posted my name... thanks to everyone who is getting their facts straight before speaking!

Ronnie was my little cousin. Instead of all of Kyles friends defending him, they should be praying for our family. Especially Tabitha and Hayley. He will get whats coming to him, justice will make sure of it. You should be glad he turned himself in, because the other option was to face the Tincher family. Trust me we protect and defend. Kyle still has his life, and our precious boy is gone. Ronnie, I hope you rest well in your daddys arms. I know he was waiting with open arms for you. we miss you both.

This wasn't premeditated? I dont know the details of what happend, but look at kyle's myspace "wish I had a handgun" and mood was "betrayed"

Maybe it wasnt premeditated murder, but he knew he was going after him. My prayers are with the Tincher family, I'm not sure I knew Ronnie, and there are so many Tinchers in this area I'm not sure the ones I know are related to him, but either way, my families thoughts and prayers are with you guys, the truth will come out, justice will be served, one way or the other.

2 lives and a community distroyed over somthing that should have never happened.Someone knew this mans reason for the stabbing before hand and what it was over. Money, drugs,a girl? In a community this small Someone new about the conflict and the two people and did nothing to interfear. This is a terrible thing and YOU ALL THAT KNEW, have to live with that. Stop the hate it dont help!
