I am really sorry about Jeremy. I think Oak Hill Hospital should be shut down for this. They are supposed to be medical professionals--not judges or creditors. They need to read the law that says that they must treat patients. There should definetly be an investigation here because Oak Hill Hospital has been turning away lots of people without treatment!

He was charged with assault on a police officer. Police officers have a right to protect themselves and they did just that. Any fool should know not to assault a police officer. As for beating him to death, they did not.

This is definitely not the fault of the police. I have seen this happen before. It is just not worth it to swallow an insane amount of drugs just to not get caught. Everytime I have seen this it has turned out very bad. Just take the punishment for the crime. It is not worth dying for people. As far as pumping the stomach, you can not pump a "baggie" out of someone's stomach. This is a very unfortunate situation and I feel for his family. I knew Jeremy for a very long time.

The sad truth is that there is nothing that can be done to bring this man back. The blame game can and probably will go on forever but the bottom line is people have to take responsiblity for what they do. If you use drugs this can happen. Bottom line.

I'm so sick and tired of these men and women who are stupid enough to go out and put theirselves in these situations. It's always someone else's fault. It can't be the drunk or the drug addicts fault NOOOOO it's someone else. I do feel for the family though because he sure as hell didn't give them any thought or else he wouldn't have behaved so stupidly. For god's sake when you take it upon yourself to swallow that amount of drugs what the hell do you expect to happen. Unless you were there how the hell can you blame the doctors or the police. Once again I feel for the family but this was pure stupididty and nobody's fault but his own. Maybe he should've owned up and faced the consequences. This is what happens when you mess around with drugs. Noone forced him to swallow those drugs. It pisses me off when everyone wants to pin the blame on others instead of the individual whose at fault. That what's wrong with this world. To many people don't want to own up or face their own stupid mistakes. It's easier to point the finger at someone else.

Amen. Hear that people? This person tells it like it is. This person sees things clearly. Mean time many of you want to blame the establishment as usual.

Why did this man go into cardiac arrest minutes after being released from a hospital? also why was his body beaten and brused? Something's not adding up on the cop's end. I don't think pmc is that retarded to release him if his vitals were off the charts

His body was NOT Beaten or Brused when he walked out the door of PMC..& When he arrived at RGH his face was beaten to the point his eyes were swollen shut.& the rest of his body had also been beaten

It was not minutes after leaving PMC..Anyone who had their scanner on knows That after PMC. Oak Hill P.D. stopped for gas 1st. And then had to stop again because(Jeremy) wanted his handcuffs off & started kicking the front seats so hard they(OHPD) had to stop the 2nd time that is when they(OHPD) got him out of the car & called for State Police back up.& then the EMS.

I knew there had to be more to this.No one can swallow a "Huge Baggie of cocaine " When the cops pulled you over. You would not have time & No way anyone could swallow a bag of coke anyway.Even Pills would be hard to swallow in the time he would have had until the cops where at his window.

Another thing even if he did swallow a small baggie of coke.It would have stayed in the bag & not in his system.example(Nervous,Cardiac ,ETC.)I bet he just said he swallowed some drugs .So he would go to the hospital instead of jail.& it did not work.

"State Police spokesman Sgt. Michael Baylous said Monday that state troopers were sent to the scene to assist in restraining an unruly prisoner. He also confirmed that the man had a medical emergency while State Police were on the scene".I think this Explains it all..Why???? Would the state troopers be sent to the scene to assist in restraining an unruly prisoner If he was in "cardiac arrest" as the Oak Hill PD said.& the Medical Emergency did not even happen until the state police were on the scene & called EMS..SO as far as leaving PMC & going into cardiac arrest we see now that was BullShit

Daily Horoscope for December 11

Capricorn

You're dashing around in several directions at once today because you're gripped by the burning desire to get things done. You're in a tearing hurry, and the problem is that this could make you rather irritable if things don't go the way you want or people don't jump to it. You might also be feeling angry with a friend, even if you can't put your finger on what's wrong.
