Judge it!
Why are students who go to school in Anoka County and live in Chisago County not eligible for the "Wave the Stars and Stripes" contest? Chisago seems to get forgotten MANY times because people only think of the seven county Metro area. These students, who live in Chisago County and are bused to Forest Lake, should be recognized as residents if they go to school in the seven county metro area.
