Go to Walmart and get you some magnesium calcium zinc tablets. There in the vitamins section. They will help you people with fibro have a deficiency in magnesium. I also have fibro and they really help me. Take about 4 tablets a day in about a week you will feel the difference. I hope this helps you.

pain pills long ago stopped helping me with my fibro pain as well. i find (seriously now - not joking) that a couple hits of some decent weed helps tremendously.

Taking the vitamins suggested above is WHAT I do for fibro but do not take 4 per day, the most you should take is 1 each, twice per week, these vitamins are not regulated and have been shown to cause harm in large amounts.

That's strange. I stopped last night and bought a bottle at Wal-Mart. 250mg - suggested daily dosage 4 tablets. Why would you think it should be different than what is on the label?

You are correct the daily dosage is 4 a day. I have taken 4 a day for the last 2 yrs and I'm still here I've not killed over. The person who wrote that may have misunderstood me. The magnesium, calcium , zinc is all in one bottle not 3 different bottles. Good luck to you hope it helps you.

I to must sneak around like a common criminal to be able to alleviate the pain without killing my liver with prescription drugs.
Smoking marijuana helps me to live a normal life. Why is this plant illegal when it could help so many.

I, too, have fibro, 15 yrs now. I smoke weed to help alleviate the spasms and relax for a few minutes when I can. I also do a shot of B12 once a week to help with energy. I have also started doing yoga - very relaxing not strenuous, I find the breathing slows you down and the poses stretch your muscles but not like weight lifting, benefit of this is you get toned and lean. I try to do at least 15 minutes a day of stretching, it does help with my back and shoulders. Grace on the Hill church did have free yoga classes for women only on Monday eves at 6, not sure if is still there you can call but thats where I got started.
