Can I Anonymously Get A Wellness Check for A Neighbor

I have a neighbor in his 70's that has mental problems that I'm worried about. His only contact with the outside world is his son who, although not diagnosed, has mental problems also. The son leaves the old man alone in an old house while he rides an old golf cart around the farm from daylight to sometimes 2 or 3 AM. The son NEVER takes a bath nor changes clothes so I worry about his father. The son has put up a gate so nobody can get to the old house and there is no phone over there. I'd feel terrible if something happened to the old man that I might could have prevented. The son's wife used to take the old man to the doctor and I'd see him then, but I've not seen him in months. BTW she and her daughter live at the end of the road in the old man's practically new home but I don't think the son allows them at the old house.

Try contacting social services, all the tips are anonymous and they deal with children as well as older people.

If you havent seen the old man for months then something is probably already wrong.Call the sheriff or someone to check.Cant hurt anything just to check.
