I'd like to know how big the Defendant is vs. how big her victim was. If it took a man to pull the Defendant off the victim, that tells me a lot about who is at fault.

Typical of the people that disney attracts. Had several expieriances with people like that. Seems that commen courtesy and respect for others peoples right goes out the window unless its your rights that have been violated.I hope they throw the book at this animal and through away the key.

Yup...Disney's got cameras everywhere...I'm sure tapes of the incident exist.

Also, toss both women in jail for 3-6 months and call it a day! No excuse for two grown women (I was going to say ladies, but gladly caught myself) to get on like that with kids around.

I have been following most of the lines on this case, as well as watching news coverage. An article last year said the alleged assailant was 5'11'' 230lbs, or so; the victim is 5'4" 0r 5'5" and looks on camera 115ish. I still want to know why there was no assistance from staff or the crowd, yet why no 911 was made to police...though I believe 911 goes straight to disney security.

I commented on another strand that there is video of everything at disney on the web except this incident. Where was tigger and micky, let alone the average customer, to pull this woman off as this attacked/altercation seemed to have lasted minutes before the defendants Pastor pulled her off the woman?

Common misconception about cameras being everywhere at WDW. Very few cameras in the public areas but Disney Management loves for people to believe cameras are everywhere.
When people fight at a Disney part it is normal proceedure for the parties involved to be taken out of the public eye and into the Security Office where a Security Manager tries to calm everyone down and get the people back into the park happy. Lots of free bees given away at this time. When one party refuses to let matters go away OCSO is called and they will try to get every thing settled. If that doesn't work out then a report is normally completed and sent to the State Atty's Office for review and to be determined if charges are to be brought.
As far as this incident goes it just seems that the Perp (Ms. Walker) was just doing what she knows...fight, fight, fight because she is owed every thing and to heck with the rest of the world. She deserves to be punished.......... for being an idiot. A good stiff fine and a short stint in the county jail (ie: 30 days) should be fair.
Seems like Ms. Krause is in this for the $$$$$$. Hope she doesn't get "jack" because I'm sure she is at least 50% at fault also.
And think about this... if you see a fight and get involved you too could end up being sued and have to defend yourself in court. And people, them lawyers aint cheep. So if you see two idiots fighting let them fight. In todays sue happy society it's not worth getting involved unless you are protecting yourself or a member of your family. And don't think for a minute that Disney or the Sheriff's Office will back you.

This lady had her hair pulled and she may have been punched a couple of times in the face and she's claiming all of these symptoms. What a joke. She's in for a rude awakening when Disney's lawyers get a hold of her. I guarantee that they have her under surveillance already.

Verdict is in. Perp does 6 months (all of it suspended). Disney pays $25 plus free admission for 3 of the vics friends (valid only Monday through Thursday on days that it rains). Justice served! Class dismissed!

I have worked at Disney for four years, seasonally, and have seen the behaviors of many adults, which I am at awe to describe. I am a college graduate and am amazed at the actions of people who supposedly, have the intelligence to earn money to come to Disney, but have no common sense as to how to act around regular adults! I have seen people push, shove, and yell at the cast, because they don't have enough sense to figure where the lines are!! Go figure that...
