Someone told me there was a trailer for rent in Burbank, but the lady Lous that owns it is crooked and that when she wants u out she fakes arson and all kind of shit to get insurance money

Isn't she the woman that her and her husband took in an old man from cascade and made him sign everything over to them on the promise that they would take care of him until he died? Then they stripped the timber off his land and took all of his possessions and sold them on E Bay. Also found a shit load of money and they stole it. Then Bob (Lois's husband) was beating the old man in the chest trying to make him have a heart attack. And on the mans next Dr. appointment when the old man was in there with the doc, Bob walked in and the old man said that is the SOB that is beating me in the chest. So bob and Lois put together a plan to speed things up. The had a trailer house that they were using for storage and they locked the old man in the on a day when it was a 110* outside. The only thing that saved him was a person stopped at the store and seen the old man beating on the window hollering for help and they called the law. Then bob and Lois took him to the nursing home and found out that she had to keep him for 2 years before she could legally claim his property. So she went and picked him up and brought him back to her house. Finally his sister stepped in and took him to her house. But ol' Lois wasn't done yet. He had a house over there and she couldn't get insurance on it cause the house didn't have running water. Can u believe that she spent the money to have a well dug. Went and got insurance on it and had her son Teddy ( god bless his soul) burn it so she could get the insurance money. The list just goes on and on about how evil this woman is. Not to mention her family was run out of four states for scamming people.

OMG!!!! Believe me, I know this evil hag. She will chew you up and spit you out, All she wants is your money and every thing you own,and she will get what she wants or else. She got a job at greenville nurseing home for two weeks, just long enough to steal all the jewelery from the poor elderly. she got caught and was fired. she was bragging and showing them off , she had one or two rings on every finger, including wedding rings. I know this for a fact because i was there. It made me sick to my stomach, lois hopkins is the "DEVIL" I shit you not!! I pitty the fool that rents from this evil WITCH. I have a hell of alot more to tell about this heartless, blood sucking, arsnic lead dispensing, demon. Her son aren't any better! they do what momma say's out of fear of the bitch. Burbank used to be a good holsome place to live! but not any more since that killer moved in. just stay tuned, theres more to come about this evil crazy bitch. believe me i've just gotten started. Every one that knows her is scared of ugly witch. just watch your back. this is just a fair WARNING!!

Maybe if you would pay your rent when its due, we would have more money to put into fixing the place up.. How can you sit there and bash us, when we loan you money when you need it, have your electric bill in our name, even though you dont pay it, and have helped you out in so many other ways?? you are very ungrateful! if you are not happy with your living situation, move!!

It is ashame how people can do you,after you have helped them in everyway.You give them a place to live,you give them money to get food,gas,or to help pay some other bill,and still they lie.When it comes time to pay you back,there is always some reason they can't pay.So you let them slide,and slide and slide.Then they get mad at you,because you want your money.They start dashing your name all over town.That is why I have got rid of all my trailers.I use to keep everything nice on the house's.Someone would move out and leave it filthy and tore up.I would clean their mess up and fix everything.I gave up,because it has happened time and time again.Through the years I have only had a small hand full of renters that were desent. It can truly make you HATE PEOPLE

In reference to Shelly; I can't believe you allow that family to still live in your home. You should be a little more picky about who you rent to, make them sign contracts, give you references, and pay their own bills! I used to own some rental property and tried my best to keep it up, but after a woman let her 2 dogs urinate and crap all over the place the smell was intolerable I had to spend almost 5000 bucks to replace the floors. I had her to move out while I fixed the floors and then told her no inside dogs. She was furious and didn't come back,( thank goodness) the next tenants kept complaining about an awful Oder that they couldn't locate, after many weeks of looking we realized the smell was in the walls from the nasty dogs there before, I couldn't afford to replace all the walls so I just use it for storage now! When the previous renter heard about the Oder she told everyone how she always cleaned up the animal messes and I was lying because she never smelled anything! Too bad the ammonia from the urine ruined her nose and she couldn't realize just how nasty she really is
