Food is good unfortunately they lied on the NEwYrs Special coupons. Coupon states Small Pizza & 20oz Soda $6.99 Delivered! They still tack on $1.50 delivery charge to make it over $8.00when it clearly states the price is delivered. Customer service mngr Angie @ the call center refused to send it at stated price on coupon so I decided to write a few comments detailing the lies and report them to BBB.

Voccelli's is the BEST pizza place in annapolis besides Roccos in bayridge but the two arent even comparable because the taste is so diffrent. As for the person crying about the coupon, this isnt your papas johns or pizza and taco express so you are gonna pay a little more but your getting fresh cheeses and tomatos A+++++++++!

I had the same coupon Paul, and it does state in small print 'delivery charge may apply' so maybe you need to get some glasses.

RE: Delivered price...
Delivered means DELIVERED!
Not Delivered PLUS an additional $1.50 charge.

How would you like your next car ad to say $23,000.00 DELIVERED and get into the sales office only to find in the small print: "Deliver fee applies".
Thats BS.

Business is Business.

Delivered means "DELIVERED"

If there are small letters AFTER, that read otherwise, that is called "BAIT AND SWITCH AND IS AGAINST THE LAW as defined by the Department of Consumer Affairs.-Just think: If they can collect an additional $1.50 from everyone x a million pizzas, that's a cool 1.5 million pure PROFIT for bait and switch tactics.

PS: The "delivery fee" doesn't even go to the poor driver who is paying for his own gasoline, wearing out his car and busting his a** for a living.

I just ordered my last pizza from Vocelli's. Go to their website and click on "standard menu", hit <control+F> and then search for the phrase "delivery charge". As of the date of this review, nowhere does that phrase appear on Vocelli's online menu (you know, that place where a customer looks for food and its price before phoning in an order), and the delivery charge is not included in the menu prices. And yeah, I know, neither is sales tax. But sales tax is state-mandated, and customers know to expect it -- not the case with the delivery charge. All the criticism of this practice is valid. It's a deliberately deceptive hidden charge. Vocelli's sure does deliver... when it comes to sleaze.

It's a shady business... charging for delivery is a standard practice. However, these clowns charge for delivery and it does not go to the driver (which it should - gas, wear and tear on their vehicle, etc.). I will NOT order form Vocelli's. Besides, their pizza sucks.
