One did...Helen Thomas... known liberal who works for the Hearst Corp. Thomas has been in the press corps since `1961, accused this administration of "controlling the press". Now we all know the pols of both parties try to control and seed these public (?) forums, but Helen Thomas said that in all her years of covering the White House she has never...repeat never...seen such control of the press, and lack of transparency as in this administration. She and Gibbs got into this discussion during the press conference just before the "town meeting" on health care last night. Gibbs tried to dance around the question, but she wouldn't let him, he wanted to answer it AFTER the meeting, I imagine so they could find some kind of spin..didn't work. Of all people, Helen Thomas...people need to pay heed to her comments.

Obozo has not earned any respect. I have no respect for any president that lied through his teeth to get elected, that has pushed through almost a trillion dollars of wasteful spending and kickbacks to supporters without even giving enough time to allow the bill to be read, that has destroyed our credibility and respect in the world, that has deceived the citizens of this country about his programs, that has indulged himself at our expense, and who continues to control the media in order to push an agenda contrary to the desires of the people.
