Our healthcare is second to none. The "system" sucks but the end result is better. Yeah, I know, you hear the stats about how our life expectancy is less than dozens of countries. But when you deduct people murdered or who die in auto accidents, our life expectancy is higher. Yes, our violent crime rate is embarrassing and yes we rely too much on transport by auto. Did you know that the US has the highest cancer survival rate of any country in the world? I bet you didn't because they don't mention that on Sicko and other blatantly dishonest outlets. Have you ever been to the VA? You may want to check that out before you think nationalization of our health care is a good idea.

I may be more for it, IF it would include ALL government employees, and union employees; i.e. everyone getting the same basic option and the rest comes out of the individuals pocket via additional insurance coverage paid by the indiviual from taxed dollars. As it appears now, unionized and government workers are in their own insurance coverage bracket and untaxed, and private industry and others are paying for it all.
