Thanks for finally being honest about the Red Tide and the evident exacerbation of the problem in 2005. Phosphate is a major cause of the increase of the tide and the loss of sea turtles and dolphins and part of the Gulf for over 30 miles out. This year's turtle nesting in Pinellas is down to 36 nests. Last year we had 115. If we don't put a stop to all we are doing to the environment, generations down the road will have nothing left.
