I think Brandy needs to quit patting herself on the back. This entire forum has been all about Brandy with posts coming from the same area. Yes Brandy is a good worker but I think she is just out to pat herself and slander others. Kroger like every place you go has good and bad workers. My personal opinion....the best and most helpful employees are Jeff Miller and Randy Trammel. Rob Jerrell is too stuck on himself most of the time. The Sadler boy in the pharmacy is an ASS. Very unhelpful! I think the deli/bakery has some of the friendliest workers. They seem to really enjoy what they do! Just my opinion...I lover Kroger!

Great store! The good outweighs the bad 10 to 1. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

REGULAR,

um, the "duty girl" that you said was a good worker is brandy. you dumbass. your saying brandy isnt that good of a worker but "the duty girl" IS. that is funny. IDONTthink Amber was ever pregnant?? Or Brandy? Amber is a good worker too, just because she is SHY doesnt meant she doesnt do her job well. I am privy enough to tell Amber is shy,but i guess some people see it as snootiness. GIVE THEM ALL A BREAK THEY ARE YOUNG,AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BADLY. I AGREE THAT RANDY TRAMMEL IS A VERY GOOD WORKER TOO. he just never gets any credit. which is sad. just because RANDY isnt a young girl he gets passed over as being a good worker. this town is such a clique.

Could the person referring to the "duty girl" be talking about Kacey??? Her mother is married to Darrin Duty.
I think most of the customer service staff/checkers are young. Being perfectly happy, pleasant and friendly depending on your mood, etc takes age, maturity, patience and experience.
It's a free country, if you don't like the staff at Krogers in Anna, go somewhere else. The poor girl that started this forum just simply asked a question and thus has taken a different course. Enough is enough.

The brandy that is answering is brandy jerrell, not brandy duty. Don't know which one the praises were meant for but I thought I would clarify.

Isn't that why we have comment cards at each and every checkout? Its not that simple to take your business elsewhere! You can tell that came from someone that isn't feeding a family. We have to shop where we can get more value for our dollar. It should be left up to management and not some young girl on topix defining who is nice and who is not! Everyone. Please fill out comment cards and send them to main headquarters. Thank you.

I am a married woman and have 5 children. I know first hand what it is like to feed a family. Please don't assume you know me or who I am.

Yes, there are comment cards, however, we live in the 21st century, which is the age of technology!

Then maam. If you live in the age of technology then you will agree that topix is not the place to discuss customer service. Pick up the phone and call headquarters, local store or go to kroger.com .

I'm not the one that was complaining. As a matter of fact I spent $144 today in Carbondale at Kroger and my husband spent $56 last night at the Anna store.

ok... so whoever thinks it "fun" or "amusing to act as u are me and post things that need to be said elsewhere needs to really get a life.... yes I work at Kroger it is a grocery store and theres always good and bad no matter where u go. thats life! For anyone who was offended by whomever said they were me I greatly apologize.... like the person said leave ur comments on our website or comment cards or talk to whoever about it whatever... topix aint the place! its a bashing site and kroger pays my bills which in turnhelps feed my daughter! I have no problem with where im employed in this day and age im thankful to even have a job! I hope this settles the dust left said by others who clearly do not know me. thank u to those who did compliment me although the person had portrayed me. I hope everyone has a good day and hope a certain few gets a life :)

Is the dairy guy still married? I noticed he was wearing a ring but I asked around and heard he got divorced. I'm just wondering.

Brandy.. Why would anyone portray you?? If someone is going to pretend to be you they would atleast make it good. Sounds to me like you just didn't like to get called out by your last name? It's crazy how stupid you think people are.

Love the new milk guy. He is a flirt. He doesn't care if they are 65 or 95. Always helping and answering questions for anybody that asks. Will always stop what he is doing to reach the creamer off the top shelf for a 5ft tall grandma.
