Ricky was my neighbor. The other victim was his son. They were going back to Morgantown. Maybe the state police have the wrong person at fault. Someone should tell them. The rescue people said that it was one of the worse wrecks they had ever seen. Vehicles torn up. How are they so certain who was driving the wrong way. Ricky was going north.
