I hope they extend the hours or hire another employee. One is not enough. I had an urgent package which had to be mailed..location closed. Went to Santa Clara/Sacramento street location. 6 windows. 2 open windows. I was third person in line..it took almost 20 minutes to get my turn at the window. The person before me was doing some internartional shipping and wanted to buy money orders. It took the two people to help her.
When I turned around.,.there were at least another 10 people in line. Looked like the bar scene in star wars. Where did these people come from.OMG!
