Was this worker an on-the-books employee of Harlow Enterprises of Fort Wayne? Or was he an informally (illegally) contracted immigrant worker? Thus the delay in releasing the name. Why are all the news releases identifying this worker as a "contractor" when in fact the contractor is probably Harlow Enterprises? By law, this man had to be in the employee of a firm of some kind doing contract work for the University. What is the University's moral/ethical position in this matter. Let's hope that the Department of Labor recognizes this victim as a real person and includes him in the statistics and conducts a thorough investigation as to what led to this preventable accident.

I am assuming this gentlemans comment is correct. Observed for years this company in question and the laborer that died. Always wondering when he will get caught! Well now seems the time. Too bad it happened the way it did. Too many have turned their heads just to make a buck! I too really hope there is a thorough investigation!
