Sex offender, his victim, 17, found together

I remember when David Ranney of pleasant lake got the "Bad Touch" blues in camp that year. He was all crying cause ol'e Billy Jenkins got to touching him and slapping at him. David spoke mostly of a so called "fireman" throwing up on him time and time again. We did'nt know until it was too late.
