Hey listen! This dude is on some serious drugs or an complete idiot. If your pond only has enough water to for 100 cows for one year, adding 10 cows a year over a five year period will empty the pond in six month. Typical Raleigh, full of a bunch of elites and morons (who mostly work for the State), and those who work for them. Dee Dee Dee

I think someone has been enjoying the fumes from the waste disposal plant too much. Or maybe one to many hits on the crack pipe.
