This is another reason why the drug war has to end. We need regulation, taxation and legalization. We cannot continue throwing billions of dollars in resources telling someone what they can and cannot place into their bodies!

I agree that the drug war should end.

But, on the whole. this guy has other issues besides drugs. I have an idea he'd be in trouble with the law regardless.
