hopefully, someone will accidently put you or your family in a burn unit so you can be so loving towards the person who accidently did it.

I have been reading and enjoying the comment section for a long time, getting more and more annoyed. Larry and the rest of the contributors to this story have finally restored my sanity and given me back many hours I would have wasted in the future.I have a big part of my life back. Goodbye forever LOSERS.

When this story first came out I posted on the thread about the dogs. I am a dog lover and wanted to give a "shout out" to Tim and his family.

I loved this story about Tim and his family. This is a tribute he deserved. I knew he was suffering, but not to the extent that he is. This must be very hard for his wife and young son.

My prayers go out to Tim, Lisa and Zachary. In time everything will be alright.
Please ignore the ignorance of some people on here....for they know no better.

"Mommy's love"- I have found that there are a lot of "knuckleheads" out there. I get tired of trying to change their point of view. People like him will never get it.
We(good people) have to stick together!
I myself was a little upset that we kept hearing about the dogs and not Tim. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs. But never in my mind did I think that people would be blaming Tim. Go figure..........

greg you are obviously not of the human race. Yes, he probably has medical coverage ,but his wife took a leave of absence from her job to care for her husband. They have bills to pay. How is Zachary going to eat?

I hope you never have a tragedy in your life because with an attitude like that no one will help you. Make sure you put a lot of $$$ away just in case something does happen you unhuman!

In all due respect, there has not been a single incident of a fire caused by using a cell phone around gasoline dispensing units. Not a single one. Anyone who wants you to think that using a cell phone around gas pumps is dangerous or illegal is grossly mistaken. The signs are there to CYA of the station owners, and nothing more, but it is a proven fact that cell phones CANNOT cause fires, even in the presence of strong fuel vapors. Check this out: http://www.snopes.com/autos/hazards/gasvapor....
As for other cause of static, you are correct, it is not a good idea to get back in your car while your tank is being filled. If you do, please remember to touch the metal frame of your car door before approaching the pumps, so that you are properly grounded.
Regarding the explosion incident that occurred in Carbon County, all indications are that some safety precaution was not being properly followed by the dispensing personnel, resulting in the explosion. Fuel dispensing personnel must be trained to properly ground themselves and the fuel delivery equipment, prior to engaging delivery, to prevent these types of incidents. Over time, the facts will come out, but in closely examining this case, and others like it, I would have to say that the fault does indeed lie with the driver, and no one else.
I am praying that Mr. Kleinhagen recovers. Although I do not know him personally, I know many individuals in his field and we are all hoping the best for him and his wonderful family during this time.
..."in closely examining this case and others.........." " driver's fault." It was an ACCIDENT.

Were you at the kennel??? What exactly is your title? You investigated this particular explosion?

Me thinks you is full of propane.LOL!!!!!
Any professional in an on-going investigation would never come on here and give out any information before it's time.

Are you investigating the "Bailout" too?

TY I think your right some people were not born with common sense, or compassion of anykind. I have had pets all my life and when our family dog of 13 years died we all cried like crazy, the whole famiy, even our cat, who loved the dog, walked to his grave side every day and did this for almost 2 weeks. My cat has more compassion than some people, sad isn't it? ty again for your kind words

I would think it would go for the things they need. Life changes so much when a spouse is hospitalized for a severe injury for a lenghty period. for instance, she may now need a baby sitter too watch hernchild when she visits her husband, Not every one has free babysitting. Maybe the mother is no able to work 40 hrs. anymore, who would while there spouse in a burn unit under critical care. Who has time to cook full nutritious meals with this on there mind, or even the time it takes, she can be on the road to spend time with her husband, oh yes what about all the extra gas it takes to make those trips to the hospital! Theere will be extra pharmacy neeeds like bandaging, etc. otc items that insurance will not pay. Can I ask you one question (not uunderstanding) would you burn your self over 30% of your body if it meant getting a small amount in a trust fund? It was retorical anyway, I know the answer. Also call a bank they will tell you how a trust fund works. Thi will help you understand the term used. I don't mean this post to be nasty, but sometimes we have to think deeply, ask questions (as you have) and lastly put your self in their shoes, and walk a bit. In this world with ppl like octomom sucking nice people dry for the money to support her, for her own ridicules choices, it is not wonder ppl are cautious. Except in this circumstance the victim and his family did not choose to do this. God bless and heal this man, a husband, and daddy. Give strength to his family, to stay strong in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ AMEN

the explosion was cause by carelesness and dis-regard for safety on the delivery driver. some safety rules was foolishly ignored resulting in this trategy. accidents like this one dont just happen for no reason. he was braking some safety rules because he was to new at this job--just like the articel says.
if he does survive i sure hope that he gets sued bigtime for what he did. those dogs did not have to die!
Gosh, Rita, I'm so glad you were on the scene to provide this eyewitness testimony of how it happened!

This man suffered horrible burns. Try to have a little sympathy.

I think you should ask the person who is in charge of the trust fund. They will be able to answer some of your questions. You could probably google it.
As far as worker's comp. goes, I've never been through it but I understand that the $ you get is a percentage of what you would be making. Most cases take forever to process, etc. I'm sure that Sovereign bank is there for a reason. To watch how the $ is spent, otherwise we could all do that. Come up with a story and get hand-outs. Unfortunately people do things like that. Most of the time they get caught and pay a price.

HOWEVER:

Lisa only asked for a blood donation to replace the blood Tim used. Her friends, the Easterday's are setting up the fund. That's what friends are for.
