According to the latest Township Journal, Mr Murphy hasnt learned not to drink and drive as he was recently charged again with DWI.
I must give Patrolman Popelka credit as he has proven to Stanhopes residents that no one is above the law. Pt. Popelka is mocked by some on this site but my hat is off to him for having the Balls to make an arrest in a situation as such. Hopefully Mr Murphy will learn from his mistakes and call for a ride in the future if one is needed and not get behind the wheel again.People who run this town past or present have a reputation to uphold and not embarass us.

I think that Mr. Murphy has even bigger balls driving past the squad cars every single day to go to the bar. They know that he is going to be going home at some point. I think that his mind is so baked by his weed addiction that he himself thinks he is well above the law. Perhaps he may me right in thinking this way because his 1st one disappeared somehow.........hmmmmm
