When a car and a bike collide, the driver of the car is at fault. End of discussion.

The only thing that statement ends is any pretense of reasonable thought
on your part. No details out yet; for all you know the bike may have
suddenly swerved right into the vehicle..........or not.
You don't have a clue (in more ways than one). I know in your world that
we should all be on bikes and servants to the god you call government,
but pre-judging accidents before you know anything..........

You know, bias comes in all forms and I don't like any of them, but this
may be the worst form. Pre-judging people simply by the wheels they are
turning at the time..........one is automatically
good and the other automatically bad..........
oh, what's the point?

What a ridiculous statement. If the bicyclist darts out into traffic and is hit by a car in the middle of the block, who is at fault? End of discussion? Why do you believe you get to make that decision?

If more bike riders followed the rules of the road and the laws correctly, bikers wouldn't get hit. End of discussion.

I thought if you wore a racing jersey when you ride your bike, you have immunity from all traffic laws?

Wow Irish you seem to have some issues with believing you have final say and judgement on everything.

Until more facts are available you are not free to judge or say who is at fault at anything. Frankly because you don't know.

if light green, go car. no walk, means, no biking either. bikers need to be more cautious, especially at night and drivers just need to watch out for people who are not so cautious... i don't really blame either side, but cyclist should of been cautious at an intersection....

All in All, God let it happen.

You may want to start reconsidering what your thoughts are before they come tumbling out. I've been thinking for quite some time now that you are very close-minded and I'm not the first one to say that to you. You probably don't care what anyone here thinks here, but if people seem to avoid you in your personal every day life, there's probably a reason for that.

I am sorry that you have the impression that I am closed minded. I am anything but that. My thoughts and ideas are far more inclusive than those of the minority (Republi-thug) party. I am speaking for all of us in this country who have been opressed by the crooked rich for many years - are are not going to take it any more.

Have a nice day Mr. Bailing Out.

Closed minded? Not at all. My guess is that you've consumed way too much acid in the belief that it EXPANDS your mind. We are now experiencing the results of your addled youth!

I don't have any "impression" of you any more; you have proven
yourself. And I have no illusion of you being closed minded.
To be closed minded you would have, at least at one time, had
to have an open mind. You haven't been open to any thoughts
except your programmed ones in so long even you can't remember
back to those days. Closed minded? No, you would have had
to be open to begin with. You actually make ditto heads
look thoughtful.

And trust me, you speak for no one. Robots are programmed;
they don't represent anyone or anything but the programmer.

So, rich people (no doubt you're talking employers) are willing to do the work it takes to build a company, build jobs for people (willing to work), build a nice life for themselves in the process and you're not going to take it any more? Excuse the rest of us that need & want jobs. So when are you going to start your own company and provide jobs? Don't use money as an excuse because there are countless examples where companies were started from nothing. No, you'd rather it just be given to you or you'd rather just "take" it. God forbid you do anything for it.

In his defense, he's only supporting the Dems philosophy. So all in all, no real big surprise.

Maybe in the warped world that you live in but for most people they would wait to hear all the evidence before spewing garbage.

Most of the time it's people on bikes that don't obey traffic signals or laws and think that cars should watch for them. Still too early to know what happened.

Daily Horoscope for November 27

Libra

If you had a bad day with your partner yesterday, today is the day to kiss and make up. The Moon blends with Neptune to create a romantic passion; this may be a little over the top, but sometimes a bit of drama is in order. Those of you with children may find them acting up, but if you listen closely, you'll find they really just want and need your attention.
