It would appear this is just another case of a Muslim man taking care of business the way Muslim men do, it is all part of their culture. Women are mere objects that are owned by men and can be dealt with in anyway the man sees fit. And this officer did not chose to give his wife, roses, kisses and hugs, nope, he chose a different route.

Muslim culture colliding with American morals. The libs are sure going to cave on this issue. Pretty soon we're going to have two sets of laws (so we don't offend the Muslims).

Why does this not surprise me? Just another in a long line of abusive cops, thinking they can do what they want, as they are "The Law". We can be thankful that at least in this country there are occasional consequences for these abusers of their station.

So domestic abuse is an isolated occurrence only within the minority communities right? It surely doesn't occur within the majority community, no no especially not in those trailer parks we see on Cops. How about the white MPD- Tim Carlson who robbed several banks? How about Jason Anderson's similar predicament? Yeah those officers certainly do not need to be scolded due to their skin being of the preferred color. Instead they should receive a standing ovation right? They should have medals pinned to their uniforms right? Morons and idiots come in all colors as with ignorant racists.

A long line of abusive cops? Show me all the convictions you have in your long line. Domestic Abuse is not pretty and it is far less common for police than average citizens. Do your research and check your facts. With that said, if he is found guilty he should pay the price. Unfortunately it is difficult to get a conviction when the victim recants.

Hey cop wives! Are you forgetting that your cop husband is almost certainly an abusive drunk??
He will never like your comments about his small "endowment" and he will always be angered if the donuts aren't fresh.
Also, never forget to make him feel like he is "in charge" - that's the most important one to remember.
Aren't we the little hate monger that you supposedly protest against.

Instead of looking at Cops, you should look at the community as a whole. I am sure that you would be shocked at the number of domestic assaults that happen across the board.

So... Not so objective are we? I don't have any convictions. Never even been arrested. I wonder what your "objective Lawyer"-ing consists of? Prosecutions of people who have the gall to look into a cop's eye, or be in the wrong place at the wrong time? Indeed, domestic assault isn't a good thing. Nor is the unprovoked harassment of various minorities, those who "the boys" have profiled as probable offenders. The misdeeds of police are many. You don't need me to list them. As police they should be held to a higher standard. And just as those who assault police get heavier sentences, so should police get heavier sentences when they break the laws they are sworn to uphold.

why is it that we are so quick to blame the husband because is a cop? what if she is lying, she did change her story after the he was arrested. those of you who have no ideal about the Muslim religion, you shouldn't be saying anything.

stat show that one in very four women will experience abuse in their lifetime. if you look community by itself that number might be staggering.

is it normal in white culture for men to molest little boys and distribute child pornography too?

GREATEST POST I HAVE EVER READ. SERIOUSLY. And yes, there is a double standard but get used to it. This is America. We breed racism, AND RACISM DOES GO BOTH WAYS.

I'm with Dr. King on this one. Don't judge a man by the color of his skin but rather by his character.

Yeah, of course this scenario never happens, where the abused retracts the story to protect the abuser. We just never see that, now do we?
