Continuing with a brisk pace in its hunt for a new superintendent, the School Committee last night laid most of the groundwork for the search process.

Brother, Nesdec must have a strange definition of "god school committee". The only attraction to this town will be the salary. Once again the school committee practices fiscal mismanagement. It seems to me that O'Neill already has someone lined up for the job.

McGrath was overpaid and from this range, so will the new person. Cities and towns need to cut back on the high salaries and benefits. As my mother said, money does not grow on trees.

100K is more than fair. Take the rest of the money and hire a couple of entry level teachers.
