The sign should read: 'Go to hell I'm using my well'.

Just another form of robbery by the losers sitting on their behinds at Tewksbury's city hall!

Almost bought my house in Tewksbury, really glad I chose not to. That town is ran by fools.

I know a great sand guy if anybody in Tewksbury would prefer a sand pit instead of a yard.

Lawns are highly overrated.

He should be ashamed of himself. When will people understand that water is a precious resource not to be wasted. His addiction to a green lawn may keep the rest from having clean drinking water. A lawn is not important-an available water supply is.

All this is useless because the town can still a fee for the water under the ground! Their rates are for supplying water to a home.
In other words, they still can charge you for the water. The water is not "free" as you might think.

And tell me how the town of Tewksbury knows if you have a well or not. No permits required. These leaders are foolish. A homeowner could drill a deep well, supply his house with it and shut off his town water by the valve. guess what then VOILA FREE SEWERAGE!!!

Montuori is at it again! His tax and spend policies while in Billerica are legendary. Hopefully someone will keep him in check - no one did in Billerica. He had everyone under his thumb.

Almost bought a house there. Glad I didn't. But i don't understand anyone being that obsessed with their lawn as that guy. You do not need to water your lawn every day. I'm a landscaper and people water way too often.

I would let my lawn burn for that cost.

I'm curious - For those that don't water their lawns and don't have wells, how much more did they have to pay after the rates went up?

"I don't care about nothing else like a nice green lawn."
Who needs fish in the river, anyways? Yous treehuggers care more about fish than nice green lawns. Dont ya know that grass is part of nature?

We're a family of 4 and our bill was $705.00. We don't water our lawn but do have a hot tub that is filled and emptied on average about 5 times a year. Oh and we wash our cars a couple times a month.
