Wichita Moves Forward on Smoking Ban

It looks like Wichita bars will keep their freedom. Thanks to Sheri and Linda for the letters to Mayor Brewer and the Council about the misery in Ohio. I think they helped warn Wichita.

Haha then lets just start baning everything, people in this country, should be more happy about the way they live but NO the most they worrying about is that someone might smoke by them,Haha this country is limiting the freedom of the people that most the people in this country fought for and now we have nothing better to do like talk about the war the econmy how many people in wichita are out of jobs what they are going to do about the crime no they are to busy talking about baning smoking in facility's. But we are never discussing the right issues. We are to busy telling others how to live their lives. They control them selves, you can't.

I was born and raised in Wichita and when I go back to visit I stay in motels because my family all smoke and there homes are repulsive They stopped all smoking in public places here in Washington St and the business's done much better so that is a bunch of bull about loosing money

If someone forced you into a place that allowed smoking and would not let you leave, you have a kidnapping charge. If you entered the place of your own free will, then it is your decision not anyone else's. Your way of thinking is backwards, not the lack of action of the Wichita city government.
